farming is a tradition in Corsica. That's the reason why, there
is a great number of estates, which are generally placed hillside
to a few kilometers from the coast. There are a lot of different
types of grapes, but the most representative are the Nielucciu, the vermentinu,
the sciaccarellu and the little grains muscat grapes. Each region has its Official Quality Guarantee

Beers Beer is not a Corsican traditional product, but some
people's cleverness and creativity allowed us to obtain a matchless
beer of extraordinary quality. So, a few years ago the first Corsican
beer made from chestnut flour was born. As its success was immediate,
the range of different-flavored beers has rapidly widened. |

mix its own distinctive feature. Brandy is made from the distillation
of grapes marc or from steeped fruits. For this reason you can
find beverages that are praiseworthy and famous, such as the liquor
of myrtle, citron, chestnut or arbutus berry; the wine of orange,
myrtle, peach... |
