Corsica is a mountain in the sea, which has
always been coveted. That's why it has been occupied so often and
for so long. |

The lack of pollution allows us to have some spring waters and mineral waters of an exceptional purity. The most famous ones are: as far as still waters are concerned, St Georges water, coming from the south of Corsica, at the bottom of the Serra-Cimaggia mountain, Zilia water, coming from the Haute-Corsica, at the bottom of the Montegrosse mountain; as for sparkling waters, Orezza water, coming from, as its name says it, Orezza, in the middle of the chestnuts, and which is naturally sparkling. |
