A mean of fruit preserving in the ancient times, nowadays jam is a must sweetmeat in our cooking .
At breakfast, on pancakes or alone, we are never tired to taste different flavors, thanks to the large variety of fruits for each season. A healthy pleasure when you know the ingredients of a jelly, a marmelade or a jam are exclusively fruits and sugar.

 

 

Besides the typical fruits the Corsican natural environment offers, such as the myrtle, the arbutus berry, the chestnut, the prickly pear, the fig and the blackberry, the generosity of the Corsican territory also gives us a variety of quality fruits which, with a little bit of imagination, will let us find out countless and incomparable flavors and colors.

The success of our jams comes from the quality of the fruits, the mix between fruits and sugar, and the quantity of cooked products.
A good jam will be always made of a maximum of 1 Kg of fruits, just as homemade jam !
